What we collect

• Chat exports and optional media you upload for analysis.
• Progress metadata (e.g., job status) stored temporarily to complete your report.
• Basic analytics and rate-limiting signals (IP, user agent) to keep the service stable.

How we use your data

• To run AI analysis and generate your report.
• To troubleshoot errors and guard against abuse.
• Never to train third-party models or build advertising profiles.

Retention

Analysis jobs and cached data are short-lived (typically under 24 hours) and are automatically removed during cleanup. Uploaded files in blob storage are pruned regularly. We do not keep a long-term copy of your conversations.

Payment data

Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store card details. Paddle may collect billing and fraud-prevention signals according to their own privacy policy.

Your choices

• You can delete your data by closing the page; stored artifacts expire automatically.
• Do not upload content you are not authorized to share.
• Use a privacy-friendly browser session if you do not want local storage of tokens.
